Hillier Nurseries is bringing four new plant varieties to the market for 2026, chosen for their performance, versatility and appeal across a range of different garden styles. These introductions reflect the latest trends in breeding, offering extended flowering, distinctive colours and robust growth.

Available from May 2026 at Hillier Garden Centres, they have been carefully grown and trialled to ensure they thrive in UK conditions – with three also having been shortlisted for the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year Award. They are Amirose, Green Mound, Candy Apple and Serene Wild Orchid.

'Thrilled to be introducing them'

Adam Dunnett, production and amenity director for Hillier Nurseries, said: “Our 2026 introductions showcase a range of plants with long-lasting colour, distinctive form and reliable performance. From the striking blooms of ‘Amirose’ to the structural presence of ‘Green Mound’ and the bold tones of ‘Candy Apple’, each variety has been carefully selected to deliver impact and consistency in the garden.

“We are especially proud that three of these introductions have been shortlisted for the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year award, and we’re thrilled to be introducing them to consumers.”
